Sales Administrator (Norwich)
Our hugely successful dealership in Norwich is seeking a Trainee Sales Administrator. Are you a driven, enthusiastic and motivated individual, with great attention to detail, and able to work to tight deadlines? If the answer is yes we want to hear from you!
About the position
This role will involve vehicle sales order processing on behalf of our sales teams:
- Supporting the Sales team to set up and invoice deals.
- Comply with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all times.
- Process and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS.
- Taxing of vehicles.
- Keeping track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month.
- Liaising with Sales Managers.
- Ensuring that all data is accurately recorded.
- Book both new and used vehicles into stock and keep the records updated.
- Ensure that documentation is completed and ready to meet the delivery times for the customer.
- Ensuring that all manufacturer and company policies and procedures are fully complied with.

We expect our new Trainee Sales Administrator to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

- Good personal, interpersonal and communication skills.

Remuneration
Salary will depend on age, and will range from £10,005.00 to £19,760.00. Please see https://www.gov.uk/national-minimum-wage-rates for applicable rate for your age.
You will work a 40 hour/5 day week, Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Following a successful probation period, you will also get your birthday off.
