Our Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians attend regular training to keep them informed of the latest technical developments to optimise your cars performance and reliability. Our workshop facilities have the latest equipment from diagnostic machines to specialised tools designed specifically for your vehicle.
We have access to technical support from the manufacturers and service measure information relating to your car. We will check for any updates to enhance the operation of your vehicle when you are visiting us for a service.
We complete a free vehicle health check whenever your vehicle visits us, this is a duty of care which we provide to ensure that the wear and tear items on your vehicle have not deteriorated since your previous visit. A full report will be provided to you and we can even send you a video of the inspection by the Technician completing the check.
Whilst in our workshop, you can be assured that your vehicle will be treated with care and we use protective covers at all times, plus your vehicle will also receive a complimentary wash and vacuum before you collect it.
To make your visit to us as convenient as possible, we offer while-you-wait appointments at specific times of the day. Our technicians will be ready for your vehicle at your allocated time and the vehicle work on your vehicle will be completed to the time schedule documented by the manufacturer. While you are waiting, you can relax in our comfortable customer area with refreshments and Wifi.
We also offer courtesy vehicles to keep you on the road whilst your vehicle is with us. Our fleet of vehicles includes manual and automatic models, all of which are the latest model and demonstrate the latest technology and features. If you are considering your next vehicle and would like to test drive a specific model then please discuss with our Service Advisor when booking your appointment.
Our new Customer Contact Centre is available from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on a Saturday to arrange your workshop appointment. If you would like us to contact you to arrange this, please complete our online booking form.
We can provide you with an accurate quotation for the works your vehicle requires as our manufacturers offer fixed price servicing and repairs. We also offer Service Plans to enable you to budget for your vehicles routine maintenance by either paying in full for your chosen number of years, or in monthly instalments. Please ask your Service Advisor for further details and a cost presentation.
In addition to your vehicles Service and MOT requirements, we also a full range of aftersales services including mechanical repairs, bulbs and wiper blade changes, batteries, tyre replacement, accessories, summer and winter health checks.
