Sales Manager (Northampton)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage our Fiat, Abarth & JEEP brands at our Northampton multi-brand centre. You will join a team of dedicated sales professionals who seek to add value to the customer experience. We will invest in you to ensure that you maximise your potential and give you the tools to grow your ability. With 6 multi-brand sites we have career development and progression opportunities within the group and seek individuals with a desire, energy and determination to do well.

About you:

You will understand how a dealership works and will have experience as a car sales manager or very experienced business manager. You will be used to managing manufacturer relationships and producing the best results for sales and customer satisfaction.
You must have a minimum of 3 years of recent experience. You will be professional and presentable and will be an ambassador for both Motorvogue and the manufacturers you represent. You will be polite, articulate and exceptionally well presented, to meet and always exceed brand standards. You will be used to following a process and will be happy to embrace all training provided for you to allow you to succeed in your role. You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Northampton and have a full driving licence which has no more than 6 penalty points. You will report to the Operations Director and work with your team of sales executives to ensure that you maximise the potential of your department to achieve targets. You will be expected to second-face customers, and have an extensive knowledge of the products. A proven track record when it comes to sales is a pre-requisite for this role. Knowledge of the CDK dealer management system would be a distinct advantage but not essential.

Remuneration:

We offer a competitive package of £40,000 plus bonus (OTE £62k) along with good career progression opportunities and all the benefits you would expect from a modern franchised dealership.

The role is full-time Monday - Saturday (Average 5.5 days/week)

22 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays. You will also get your birthday off following successful probation.
