Sales Manager – Fiat, Abarth & Jeep (Northampton)

Motorvogue Northampton is looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to take charge of our Fiat, Abarth, and Jeep brands at our multi-brand centre.

You’ll be joining a passionate team of sales professionals who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. In return, we’ll invest in you with ongoing training, the latest tools, and clear opportunities to develop your career across our 6 multi-brand sites. About You

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager (or an exceptional Business Manager ready to step up).
  • Skilled at managing manufacturer relationships and consistently delivering strong results in both sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum 3 years’ recent experience in the motor industry.
  • Highly professional, articulate, and presentable – a true ambassador for Motorvogue and the brands you represent.
  • Process-driven and motivated to embrace training and development opportunities to achieve success.
  • Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points) and within commuting distance of Northampton.
  • You’ll report directly to the Operations Director and lead your team of Sales Executives, ensuring the department reaches its full potential. From second-facing customers to sharing expert product knowledge, you’ll be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in delivering sales. Experience with the CDK dealer management system is advantageous but not essential.

  • OTE: £62,000+ through a generous bonus scheme
