Parts Controller (Northampton)

Our hugely successful dealership in Northampton is seeking an experienced Parts Controller. Are you a driven, enthusiastic and motivated individual, with great attention to detail, and able to work to tight deadlines? If the answer is yes we want to hear from you!

About the position

This role will require you:

• To ensure goods received are allocated or stocked on a daily basis

• To ensure that all stock is correctly received, checked and properly stored

• To select items accurately, progress and despatch orders efficiently

• To ensure the Company's policies and procedures are adhered to and that the Dealership and Manufacturer Operating Standards are maintained.

• To source and order parts and accessories, under the direction and supervision of the Aftersales Manager.

• To ensure that the parts departments records are kept up to date using our CRM system and that an effective and efficient filing system is maintained within the Parts department

About our requirements

We expect our new Parts Controller to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

• Take pride in their ability to maximise the success of the department whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• Be focussed on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever.

• Be a team player, willing to go over and above when the need arises

• Hold a valid UK driving licence.

Remuneration

We offer:

You will work a 5-day week, Monday to Friday.
