With a bold new look and enhanced technology for Renault’s iconic supermini, Clio E-Tech full hybrid continues its status as an automotive style icon, now with an assertive and elegant exterior. Most recognisably, a completely redesigned front end with an overtly sporty look and featuring the new Renault signature lighting with slender full-LED headlamps.
Clio E-Tech full hybrid is just as impressive under its sleek new exterior too. It complements its elegant, high-tech style with an electrified drivetrain that is at the forefront of hybrid technology, combining efficiency with optimum usability. The advanced powertrain means it is ideal for both city dwellers and those whose travel is focused more on motorways than urban roads.
The petrol/electric hybrid produces 145hp for effortless, strong performance and offers a range of up to 550 miles, while also emitting as little as 96g/km CO2 and returning as much as 67.3mpg combined (WLTP). The latest Clio can use the electric motor up to 80 per cent of the time in cities – cutting fuel consumption by up to 40 per cent compared to a conventional petrol engine – with the benefits of near silent running and no need to plug-in to charge the battery.
Inside, the chic interior mirrors the highly contemporary, sophisticated feel of the stylish exterior. The welcoming interior now benefits from more sustainable materials and a significant leap in quality. Importantly, there is no leather: instead the surfaces are covered in TEP, a grained coated fabric made of bio-sourced and recycled polyethylene fibres.
Thanks to its feel for comfort and roominess, the rear provides excellent knee room of 16.5cm and optimal headroom to accommodate both children and adults.
Enjoy the generous boot volume of 301L*. Adjust the 1/3-2/3 bench seat very easily for available space of up to 1,006L in the configuration with three seats folded down.
