Technicians
Motorvogue are a forward-thinking company working with 9 brands across 4 locations: Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Renault, Dacia, CUPRA, SEAT and Hyundai. With branches in Northampton, Bedford, and King’s Lynn, and Norwich. We continue to expand, and are opening a branch in Bury St Edmunds soon.
We are now looking for experienced Technicians for our Fiat, Abarth, Citroen and Peugeot Aftersales department.
About you
You will have:
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry, ideally with Main Dealer experience. Experience with our brands would be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
• A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example
Duties will include:
• Delivering a fantastic customer experience.
• Car repairs and servicing.
• Diagnostics.
• MOT testing.
• Highlighting up-selling opportunities.
• Completing work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Working confidently both on your own and alongside a team.
Our normal working hours are 5 days per week plus alternate Saturday morning, but we know that staff want a better work / life balance, so we're open to flexible working hours too, and will accommodate full time hours (10/11 hours per day) over a 4 day week, giving you more time to live your life.
Remuneration and Benefits

• Industry leading salary of £31,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
